Role: SAP PSM solution consultant
Job type: 12 months and extendable contracts
Work location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Job description Required experience, qualification and certifications

Professional experience:

8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP procurement solutions, including SAP Ariba and SAP S4HANA, with at least 3-5 years of experience managing complex SAP Ariba and S4HANA implementations. Proven experience in managing the end-to-end SAP Ariba and S4HANA procurement lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation optimization. Deep understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, supplier collaboration, and integration with finance, logistics, and other ERP systems.

Educational qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, supply chain management, or a related field. SAP S4HANA or SAP Ariba certification in procurement/materials management is highly desirable.

Project management:

Experience managing large-scale SAP procurement projects, using both traditional and agile methodologies. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering SAP procurement projects on time and within budget. Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of consultants, business analysts, and developers, ensuring high performance and successful project outcomes.

Technical expertise:

Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules, including supplier management, sourcing, procurement, and contract management. Expertise in SAP S4HANA procurement and materials management (MM) modules, including integration points with other SAP and third-party systems. Hands-on experience in configuring SAP Ariba and S4HANA procurement modules, managing integration, and ensuring smooth data flow across systems. Familiarity with emerging technologies in procurement, such as AI-driven procurement, cloud-based solutions, and e-sourcing tools. Preferred experience Experience in the aviation or travel industry. Knowledge of financial and compliance regulations specific to the UAE and international markets. Experience with integration of SAP S4HANA with third-party procurement systems or other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM). Position details
