Job Title: SAP PS Consultant

Location: Remote (40% travel to North Dakota and Germany)
Start Date: November 3, 2025
Duration: 6 months (potential for extension up to 18 months)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP PS Consultant with a strong logistics background and solid knowledge of controlling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end (E2E) SAP Project Systems solutions in Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Make-to-Order (MTO), and project-based manufacturing industries with high levels of engineering complexity. This role requires both functional expertise and strong integration knowledge across PP, MM, and PLM modules, ensuring seamless process execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP PS design, configuration, and implementation in a project-based manufacturing environment. Drive end-to-end solution integration with PP, MM, PLM, and CO modules. Support business stakeholders in requirements gathering, solution design, and process optimization. Deliver hands-on expertise in ETO/MTO manufacturing scenarios with engineering-heavy processes. Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client teams, ensuring sustainability post-implementation. Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 8+ years SAP consulting experience with specialization in SAP Project Systems (PS). Proven track record of 2+ full-cycle SAP implementations with SAP PS as the leading logistics module. Strong background in logistics execution, controlling, and integration with PP, MM, and PLM. Deep knowledge of ETO/MTO/project-based manufacturing with complex engineering requirements. Strong understanding of E2E business process integration across logistics and finance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work in international teams.
