**Introduction** We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP initiatives across our organization. This role requires a strong combination of project management expertise, SAP knowledge, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to drive successful SAP implementations and transformations. **Your role and responsibilities** Senior Project Manager specialized in data platforms: * Lead end-to-end SAP projects, from initiation to successful delivery. * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business needs. * Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resources. * Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business users. * Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational standards. * Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams. * Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting. * Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and best practices. **Required technical and professional expertise** MANDATORY +4 years of experience in: • MS Project/Smartsheet • Agile Methodologies - Scrum/SAFe • SAP Project Management • Data Governance frameworks • PMBOK/PMP Certification **Preferred technical and professional experience** DESIRABLE: • JIRA/Confluence • Power BI/Tableau for reporting • CPG/Beverages industry experience • Change Management Certification • ServiceNow IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
