Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** * Provide operational Support for 1000+ interfaces across all SAP Middleware applications and environments (including failure reporting and mapping analysis) * Develop, test, and implement fixes and functional enhancements to existing interfaces * Provide testing support of end to end BAU interfaces for monthly / major releases * Seek opportunities to introduce self-healing / retry functionality into existing interfaces, and reduce failure points * Support regular weekly / monthly maintenance activities and planned outages * Maintain up to date support documentation of all BAU interfaces * Coordinate yearly password rotations and certificate updates * Support PGP encryption within the Middleware applications / interfaces **Required technical and professional expertise** '- Experience SAP PI/PO in an AMS Environment - Knowledgeable in BRM and BPM IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
