The SAP operator main responsibility is to support production on SAP transaction for the incoming and outgoing components on the shop floor. This position requires preparing and processing of data, creating and changing documents, and ensuring the accuracy of information within the system.

Reviews daily production output and records
Monitors material and semi-finished goods inventory
Performs inventory variance checks and ensures system alignment
Ensures completeness and accuracy of documentation
Adheres to standards based on approved procedures
Supports quality objectives and programs
Cooperates during internal audits and implements corrective/preventive actions
Complies with training requirements from HR, QA, and ESH departments
Reports safety-related incidents or near misses
Manages waste disposal in coordination with proper channels
Suggests and leads improvement projects to boost productivity and reduce errors
Supports team leaders, engineers, and supervisors during RCA/CA activities by providing accurate information and performing confirmation tasks
Requirements:
High School, Senior High School, Diploma Certificate, or Vocational Course graduate
At least 2 years of related experience in SAP (Production)
Computer literate; preferably knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
Familiar with root cause analysis, especially in inventory-related issues
