Project: Large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the client to create the business case for change by persona.
Lead Change Impact Analysis and Business Readiness discussions.
Build and deliver a comprehensive Training & Communication strategy across the program life cycle.
Leverage digital adoption platforms such as SAP Enable Now and WalkMe.
Engage C-suite stakeholders, ensuring strong influence and buy-in.
Collaborate with HR and ensure Works Council alignment in the change process.
Clearly articulate benefits of change management and provide easy-to-understand status updates.
Required Skills & ExperienceSenior-level OCM expertise in complex SAP S/4HANA transformations.
ADKAR Prosci certification and ability to drive the Proxima toolset.
Proven track record leading training, communications, and readiness in global programs.
Strong stakeholder management at senior levels (including C-suite).
Excellent soft skills: collaborative, influential, globally minded, with strong leadership impact.
Deep domain knowledge in OCM and SAP transformations.
Experience working with digital adoption platforms (SAP Enable Now, WalkMe).
