SAP NS2 Program Manager of Technology Strategy and Enablement

Position Overview

The Program Manager of Technology Strategy and Enablement will lead the strategic alignment, governance, and enablement of SAP NS2’s S/4HANA Private Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS initiatives under one unified operating model. This individual drive technology vision, roadmap execution, internal IT enablement, and enterprise-wide AI adoption to ensure NS2’s platforms and services meet customer, mission, and U.S. security requirements.

This position will report directly to the Senior Leader within Office of CTO and act as a strategic advisor and enabler, ensuring technology initiatives are aligned with business priorities, SAP global direction, and internal IT transformation.

 

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Enablement

Define and communicate NS2’s technology strategy across S/4HANA Private Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and internal IT systems. Lead internal IT business enablement by modernizing core platforms, streamlining business processes, and driving automation. Champion enterprise-wide AI adoption, enabling both customer-facing platforms and internal operations to leverage AI/ML for productivity, decision support, and mission outcomes. Build technology enablement playbooks and roadmaps that integrate cybersecurity, DevSecOps, AI, and cloud delivery best practices. Ensure that all technology initiatives comply with federal security, accreditation, and mission assurance standards. Strategic Program Leadership Oversee multi-product and cross-business strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with NS2’s growth and customer requirements. Manage budgets, investments, and resource allocations for technology transformation programs. Establish governance models for measuring outcomes, KPIs, and return on technology investments. Integrate NS2 initiatives with SAP global strategy (RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and AI-enabled PaaS innovation).

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, IT leaders, and customer stakeholders. Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, IT, operations, and business units. Represent NS2 in executive strategy forums, steering committees, and AI adoption councils.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT transformation, or enterprise SaaS/cloud delivery. 10+ years in leadership roles with accountability for technology enablement and business IT systems. Proven expertise in S/4HANA Private Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS platforms, with experience in security-accredited delivery models. Demonstrated success in AI/ML strategy and adoption, both in platform delivery and internal IT modernization. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (master’s preferred). Years of exprience may be used in lieu of a degree. Excellent executive communication and presentation skills; ability to drive alignment with data-driven insights. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance that requires US citizenship.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 220200 - 374200(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
