Location: Mexico City

Schedule: 40 HR/Week

About the Role:

As a Digital Sales Development Early Career Talent, you’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team driving SAP’s Digital Sales strategy. Your main responsibility will be to identify, profile, and nurture new business opportunities within a targeted account base. This role is key to ensuring sales and marketing teams focus their efforts on the highest-potential accounts, aligned with our growth priorities across Latin America.

 

What You’ll Do:

Lead and execute profiling campaigns to identify and engage key C-Level contacts across target accounts. Analyze customer and prospect databases to uncover potential business opportunities. Segment and prioritize accounts based on industry, size, digital maturity, and revenue potential. Enrich account insights using tools like LinkedIn, D&B, ZoomInfo and other external sources. Log and maintain relevant insights and progress in SAP’s CRM systems. Report regularly on performance metrics and campaign results. Participate in training activities to develop demand generation, product, and solution expertise.

 

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone with initiative, curiosity, and a passion for connecting with customers through data-driven strategies.

Recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field. Up to 2 years of experience in demand generation, digital sales (internships included). Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Experience using CRM platforms and external data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn). Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Passion for working in a tech sales environment Business fluency in English required
