As a member of the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE), the SAP Master Data Governane (MDG) Operations Lead will be responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) operations across the organization.
This role focuses on maintaining high data quality, process efficiency, and compliance within SAP MDG for key master data objects such as Business Partner, Material, and Finance Master Data. The successful candidate will provide functional leadership, ensure data consistency across systems, and drive continuous improvement in global master data processes.
• Lead day-to-day SAP MDG operations, including issue resolution, enhancements, and process optimization.
• Manage and support master data objects (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to align data governance processes with enterprise objectives.
• Ensure compliance with data standards, workflows, and approval policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance data governance efficiency.
• Support integration and synchronization of master data across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide knowledge sharing within the team.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8–10 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in SAP MDG.
• Strong understanding of MDG data models, workflows, and governance principles.
• Experience with Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance Master Data.
• Expertise in both ECC and S/4HANA MDG environments.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams independently in a client-facing support environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 2-3 days a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.
