This person will be responsible for building integrated and industry-specific marketing and campaign strategy aligned to performance targets, working cross functionally with stakeholders to achieve alignment and buy-in on marketing plans, monitoring and analyzing creation and conversion of leads into the marketing and funnel, and developing content that compels customers and prospects and positions SAP’s unique value in the market **Expectations and Tasks:  ** Working as marketing specialist in support of the US Public Services marketing team, you will have the power to make a real impact. Responsibilities include: + Marketing Strategy Development: Develop public sector integrated campaign strategies that align to GTM priorities and performance targets + End-to-End Campaign Execution: Management of campaigns across various channels with strong attention to detail and collaboration of core stakeholder groups throughout the campaign lifecycle + Cross Functional Collaboration: Working toward shared outcomes with sales, partners, SMEs, Line-of-Business teams, and more + Budget Optimization: Optimize use of funds allocated to maximize pipeline generation and ROI + Global Program Collaboration: Work with Global Marketing to drive local executions and outcomes + Stakeholder Representation: Represent marketing priorities and plans with internal stakeholders + Pipeline Impact Measurement: Work with Market Unit Demand Management Lead to represent partner marketing impact in pipeline reporting + QBR Collaboration: Support and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews within the patches you support + KPI Accountability: Share joint accountability for Market Unit marketing key performance indicator **What you bring** + 8 years of professional experience in marketing and demand generation; 5 years in public sector marketing experience required + Industry experience to include enterprise software and/or SaaS industry + Field marketing, channel marketing, ABM or demand generation + Experience managing marketing budget and achieving measurable ROI targets + Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline attribution and marketing performance measurement + Excellent project management abilities with experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously + Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies + Outstanding communication skills with ability to interact at peer level with regional and global marketing colleagues + Experience with global marketing campaign localization and adaptatio **Education** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field + Marketing and program management certifications are nice to have **Meet your team** The Americas Marketing team works in close collaboration with the regional Americas Go-To-Market organization with the goals of building awareness for SAP solutions across the region and driving pipeline creation and accelerating business outcomes. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 127100 - 216000(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
