As a member of the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE), the Manufacturing Operations Lead will play a key role in driving strategic transformation initiatives and supporting the design and optimization of harmonized, efficient manufacturing processes across the organization.
This role focuses on the SAP Manufacturing Operations (Production Planning, Process Industries, and Quality Management) domain, ensuring end-to-end process excellence and alignment between business objectives and system capabilities. The successful candidate will leverage deep SAP functional expertise and proven leadership to enable process improvement, operational efficiency, and continuous enhancement in a global environment.

• Support the scoping and framing of transformation initiatives within the SAP Manufacturing Operations (PP, PP-PI, QM) domain.
• Identify and assess opportunities for process improvement and system optimization to drive efficiency, standardization, and scalability across production operations.
• Contribute to the redesign of Core Models to ensure process harmonization and solution consistency across manufacturing sites and business units.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and align manufacturing transformation and support roadmaps with broader supply chain and operational strategies.
• Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide expert guidance and hands-on support for SAP Manufacturing modules, including production planning, process orders, shop floor control, and quality management.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, test scenarios, and user guides.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in international SAP projects with a focus on Manufacturing Operations (PP, PP-PI, QM), including design, support, and optimization phases.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes, including production planning, execution, and quality control, and their integration with Supply Chain and Finance.
• Expertise in both ECC and SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience interacting directly with clients.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, define business requirements, propose innovative solutions, and challenge ideas constructively to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Strong strategic mindset, capable of aligning SAP solutions with overall business objectives.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with process modeling and testing tools such as Signavio and Tricentis is a plus.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 2-3 days in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.
