We gather feedback and best practices from those customer interactions to inform service development, which drives the creation of scalable services for the broader market. In CEA, we are responsible for continuously evolving the foundational services of the SAP Services and Support Portfolio. Our goal is to consistently adapt to the latest updates and provide the highest-quality advisory within an ever-evolving business environment.
