What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Office of Americas Marketing

Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square

Expected start date: September / October 2025

Duration: 6-12 months

Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs./week)

 

 As a Project Management Intern, you will work directly with the Chief of Staff for SAP Americas Regional Marketing to help keep internal communications, projects and operations structured, efficient, and on track. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketing strategy, communications, business operations, and cross-functional project execution at enterprise scale.

This is a unique opportunity to serve as a CoS Fellow-in-Training—gaining visibility into how leadership decisions are made and executed while contributing meaningfully to the day-to-day rhythm of the team.

 

Key Responsibilities

Support project management efforts, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder follow-ups Assist with maintaining and improving internal documentation, process guides, and planning frameworks Create and format presentations, reports, and communications decks for internal and leadership meetings Maintain shared resources, trackers, and internal libraries for transparency and alignment Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives, including team enablement, operations improvements, and internal communications Jump into ad hoc projects that support agility and structure across the team Design, manage and send and marketing newsletter updates to sales stakeholders Manage demand generation marketing campaigns under the supervision of the Chief of Staff  Working with and managing agency resources for campaign execution Use SAP analytics tools to access, analyze and report on results of marketing plans and tactics 

 

What you bring:

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

Education: current undergraduate or graduate student (or recent grad) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field  Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-obsessed Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and professional in writing and speaking Comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, virtual team environment Curious and eager to learn about marketing operations, executive support, and project leadership Interest in Marketing, particularly B2B marketing, the technology industry and building a long-term career at SAP Available to work full time now or in the near future (upon graduation)

As Americas Marketing, we build and execute end-to-end regional and local marketing plans tailored to business priorities, driving cloud growth, fueling pipeline, and maximizing customer lifetime value through impactful customer experiences and close partnership with Customer Success (CS) and Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D).

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
