Gain visibility: with SAP Internship Experience Program in your title, you’ll have a global network of SAP leaders, entrepreneurs and career development opportunities at your fingertips. **What you’ll do:** Position title: SAP iXp intern (f/m/d) – Global Controlling (limited full-time) Location: Prague Expected start date: September/October 2025 • Support Controlling & Accounting Activities: Assist in various controlling and accounting tasks including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial closing processes to ensure optimal financial performance. • Financial Performance Reporting: Create and support the preparation of financial performance reports for business units, driving ad-hoc analysis as needed to provide valuable insights. • Master Data Management: Maintain a clean and accurate master data landscape to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial information. • Project Participation: Contribute actively to project-related tasks during planning, rollout, and monitoring phases, including associated reporting requirements. • Collaboration and Communication: Proactively interact and communicate with team members, managers, and other internal customers in an international environment to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing. **What you bring:** We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. • Degree: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with above-average academic performance (1-2 years remaining). Preferably with a minor or specialization in Finance & Controlling. • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Business Intelligence systems is beneficial. • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is advantageous. • Attention to Detail: High personal level of quality awareness and commitment to accuracy. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and deriving meaningful insights. • Learning Agility: Eager to learn and develop new skills, with a growth mindset and proactive approach to continuous improvement. • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating versatility and willingness to take on new challenges. • Relevant Experience: Initial work experience in the area of Finance & Controlling, such as previous internships or part-time jobs, would be advantageous. **Meet your team:** As an innovative and diverse organization, Business Area Controlling Engineering (BAC Engineering) as part of Global Controlling continuously strives for efficiency while offering a great place to explore, learn, and grow.
