We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Problem & Change Manager with strong technical expertise in SAP (ECC/S4HANA), especially in Workflow and FI-Accounts Payable. This role combines deep technical analysis with governance, security, and project portfolio management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and have a proactive mindset towards continuous learning and upskilling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Problem and Change Management
Perform root cause analysis and provide end-to-end support for incidents and problems related to SAP and integrated systems.
Manage and document changes in accordance with ITIL standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and minimize business disruptions.
2. Governance & Compliance
Conduct regular audits and controls including IT Self-Assessments and risk analysis.
Oversee application security and ensure compliance with internal and external governance standards.
Support internal and external audit processes related to application governance.
3. Project & Portfolio Management
Manage multiple concurrent IT and business projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Prioritize and manage project portfolios, track progress, and mitigate risks.
4. Technical Support for SAP Systems
Provide functional and technical support for SAP FI - Accounts Payable processes.
Support SAP Workflow (SWDD) configurations and issue resolution.
Assist in supporting fiscal year-end processes and system readiness.
Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in SAP environments.
Experience working in a structured IT governance or audit-compliant organization is a plus.
Required Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Workflow (SWDD t-code).
Expertise in SAP FI - Accounts Payables modules.
Experience with SAP ECC and/or S4HANA environments.
General understanding of SAP architecture and integrations.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:
Basic ABAP troubleshooting/debugging.
Fiori application support or implementation experience.
Familiarity with SAP security and authorizations.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time and project management; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Team-oriented with a collaborative work style.
Passion for learning and technology advancement.
