Overview About the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Intelligent RPA (iRPA) Consultant to join our growing automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying SAP iRPA solutions, with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and automation best practices. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to streamline and automate business operations across various SAP modules (preferably SuccessFactors). Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience inRobotic Process Automation (RPA) with at least 2 years in SAP Intelligent RPA (iRPA). Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors is preferred. Hands-on experience in building automations usingSAP iRPA, and Desktop Studio. Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, JSON) and automation logic. Familiarity with OCR, APIs, and integrations with third-party systems. Experience working withSAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy SAP iRPA bots for automating business processes within SAP and non-SAP systems. Analyze current business processes to identify automation opportunities. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and build intelligent automation solutions. Perform bot testing, debugging, and deployment in accordance with quality and compliance standards. Monitor and support existing automations, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution. Maintain detailed documentation for each automation process including process design, bot configuration, and operational procedures. Work in Agile/Scrum environments, delivering work in sprints and contributing to sprint planning and reviews. Train and mentor junior team members as needed. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications SAP certification in Intelligent RPA. Experience with other RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is an added advantage. Exposure to SAP BTP services like Workflow, Business Rules, or CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model. Previous experience in client-facing roles or global delivery models.
