ROLE SUMMARY

Join a dynamic Pfizer Digital Integration team dedicated to maximizing value from strategy through execution. This person plays a critical role in the Support Services Organization, which is a collaborative group focused on building eminence with SAP integration technologies and celebrating digital excellence. This is achieved by (1) adhering to the enterprise Digital Operating Model, (2) ensuring consistent, transparent, and high performing Digital applications, (3) driving enterprise value in transformative ways, and (4) illuminating the impact of Digital efforts on Pfizer’s mission to create breakthroughs that change patients’ lives. As SAP Integration Lead, you will develop interfaces using files, tRFC/qRFCs, ALE, EDI, IDOC, RFC calls, BAPIs to and from various SAP/non-SAP Platforms, such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP MDG, Oracle, MS SQL, and cloud-based systems. You will work with cross functional teams, technical developers, and business stakeholders to provide high-quality data solutions that fulfill the business needs and objectives.

 

Furthermore, the manager will oversee onshore and offshore contractors.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and support SAP Interface development activities for SAP Manufacturing, Warehouse Management functions.Support integration projects through various phases from gathering business requirements to go-live and post-implementation support.Design, Build and support end-to-end functional designs for interfaces using EDI (ANSI and EDIFACT standards), SAP IDOCs, APIs, Web services and SFTP.Collaborate with other middleware teams in the landscape that manage Gentran Integration Server (GIS), Middleware tools, Secure FTP, Extract Transform and Load (ETL)Suggest improvements to current operational procedures within the integration environmentTest and develop SAP OData services, APIs, CPI iFlows and APIM components as part of the development team using agile methodologies.Collaborate with both internal and external partners to Develop customized SAP interfacesSupport and maintain existing interfacesReview and revise technical designs in Integration design Documents to meet Integration project requirements.Provide technical and functional guidance to internal Pfizer clientsCoordination and execution of integration solutions for new initiative deployments. Solution deployments may cross many applications and technologies including SAP and non-SAP systems, as well as emerging technologies

QUALIFICATIONS  

BS/MS Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related area5+ years of experience in developing Interface objects using technologies like ABAP ALE, EDI, IDOC, RFC, BAPIs5+ years of experience working with SAP Cloud based integration technologies, such as SAP Cloud Integration, API/M, SAP DIStrong knowledge of SAP Interface architecture, components, functions, and features such as XML, JSON and WSDL expertiseProject management knowledge & skillsAbility to function effectively in a matrix model as well as team environment.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.At least 1-3 full cycle SAP implementation experienceUnderstanding off-site/offshore and remote development methodology is needed

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive knowledge of SAP data modelProficiency in implementing integration flows (iFlows) using various adapters, such as SFTP, OData, SOAP, HTTPS, Mail, JDBC, IDoc, Process Call, JMS and Mail.3+ years of working experience in WM, PP, MM modules (areas MRP, Process Orders, Planned Orders, Material documents, Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, Transfer Orders, Transfer Requirements, Cycle Counts etc.,)Development experience in using ABAP Objects, Webdynpros, BDC, User-exits, BAdIs, Reports is a plusWorking with SAP Enhancements, Dialog Programming is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Project Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)
