Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

Support of M&S activities in SAP HCM system including: Analysis and implementation of solutions as per the business requirements (change requests);Continuous process and collaboration improvement and regular alignments with relevant stakeholders for topics such as: Interfaces, Data Security etc;Creation of documentation, training materials, etc;Collaborate with different stakeholders, IT developers and other support teams. Support of authorization topics in SAP SuccessFactors:Development and implementation of Role Based Permissions framework;Technical adjustment of existing role framework;Creation of documentation, training materials, etc;Collaborate with different stakeholders, IT developers and other support teams.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

 

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Technology. Experience: Previous Experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors (Authorizations). Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel). Languages: Fluent in English (C1 level), with German as an asset;Personality: Excellent communicator, with a logical and structured mindset. Also, good team spirit, proactiveness, goal oriented and able to work in an international fast-paced environment.
