Your tasks and responsibilities:
You act as a Solution Architect and Technology expert for our global HR/IT DataHub based on SAP with more than active 150 integrationsYou develop a strategic vision for our SAP HR Datahub to optimize the dataflows, integration monitoring efforts and to reduce incidents by challenging the current configuration and deflecting concrete actions to implementYou derive proactive suggestions to improve the architecture of our global HR Datahub and the integrations based on your profound expertise and industry best practicesYou deep dive on root causes for important incidents and seek to solve them sustainably You drive the S4/HANA transformation of the global HR Datahub to ensure a smooth move to the new technologyYou closely partner with both internal colleagues and stakeholders as well as external partners to drive the best solution for the company in time and budgetYour qualifications and experience:
· You hold a bachelor or master degree in a subject related to information technology or business administration· You have a minimum of 35 year’s experience with SAP HCM Solutions, experience with other HRIS solutions are a plus· You have experience with S/4HANA technology and have worked on S/4HANA transformations previously with a very technical focus· You have a thorough understanding of complex IT architectures and dataflows, as well as different integration technology (file transfer, APIs etc.)· you are interested in regulatory data management to enable workflows· You are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects· You have a good knowledge of managing IT service providers· You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry, including GDPR.Your attributes and skills:
