Job Description

Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our team is looking for a Consultant for the HR Core system maintenance and support in operational and project related level to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon.

Your contribution to something big: 

Provide global functional support for SAP HCM users, bridging HR teams and IT consultants;Resolve 2nd level incidents using the Service Management Tool, collaborating with technical teams as needed;Assist HR data teams in maintaining accurate employee data across systems;Support Enterprise Structure configurations to align with HR and business needs;Analyze system errors and coordinate with Global Application Specialists for complex issues;Ensure data consistency across HR IT systems;Guide HR teams and end-users on SAP transactions, reports, and programs;Maintain knowledge of key SAP HCM modules (PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS);Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions for system stability;Support SAP HR and Identity and Access Management users with role assignments and access issues;Monitor and report application performance to stakeholders;Assist in change and problem management processes, reviewing change requests;Create and update user manuals, training materials, and documentation;Train end-users on new features and HR maintenance activities.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Social Studies, or a related field.Experience: One year or more of experience with SAP HR/HCM.Knowledge: Proficiency in using MS Office tools. Also, good reporting skills.Languages: Fluent in English (C1 level), with German as an asset.Personality:Logical, structured, and proactive approach to IT solutions;Service mindset with empathy, patience, and positivity for internal client support;Global disposition with a team focus and strong (intercultural) communication skills for effective collaboration in international virtual teams;Flexibility and resilience to adapt to a fast-changing work environment;Detail-oriented with a drive to be a thorough and persistent investigator.
