Contract: 6 months (extension / conversion potential)
Work Model: Hybrid - 2 days onsite + 4th Friday monthly

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking two SAP Functional Leads to support strategic SAP Finance initiatives and platform enhancements. This role is focused on project and enhancement delivery, not production support.
Responsibilities Lead SAP Finance functional design and delivery for strategic initiatives and enhancements Gather and document complex finance requirements Partner with Technology teams on solution design and implementation Create and review functional specifications Evaluate solution options, risks, and impacts Act as liaison between Business, Technology, and vendors Manage multiple concurrent SAP initiatives Communicate effectively with senior leadership and support project reporting Required Experience 10-15 years in project or transformation environments Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts Strong analytical and organizational skills Solid understanding of SDLC and testing lifecycles SAP Expertise End-to-end SAP implementation and production support experience Strong S/4HANA Finance knowledge: GL, AR, Group Reporting, intercompany, multi-GAAP, multi-currency, Average Daily Balance SAP MDG (configuration, workflows, master data, Fiori) SAC reporting using CDS views Data loads, SDI mapping, and system integrations Knowledge of FPSL/FCL and S/4HANA data structures Exposure to ABAP, BRF+, BW, and SAP HANA concepts Tools Strong MS Office skills; MS Project, Teams, SharePoint preferred Experience in large financial institution SAP environments is an asset
