About the role:The vacancy is for a functional consultant specialising in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically focused on the recruitment and onboarding modules. The incumbent will join a growing HR Technology team that recently expanded its scope, including migration of HR data to AWS for analytics. The successful candidate will contribute to redesigning and optimizing the recruiting and onboarding experience, aiming to unlock the full protentional of the SuccessFactors system.
Our Ideal Candidate Has: Grade 12 National Certificate (Minimum) A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology (Preferred) SAP Certifications (beneficial) 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding Familiarity with data concepts and proficiency in MS Office Skills: Analytical Skills Stakeholder Engagement Attention to Detail Communications Skills Interpersonal & Relationship Management Skills Problem Solving Skills Qualifications (Minimum) Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Technology - Computer Science Conditions of Employment Clear criminal and credit recordCapitec is committed to diversity, applications to this position will strictly be considered in support of our employment equity goals.
