The **IT Platform Analyst 60** is responsible for providing consultative advice within specific functional areas, analyzing and addressing complex IT challenges and proposing IT solutions for process re-engineering that align with organizational goals. The role engages with scrum teams, drives end-to-end technology solutions and collaborates with DevOps for operational efficiency. The role builds networks, stays updated on industry trends, ensures compliance with standards, and supports teams in continuous improvement. The role monitors critical business processes, resolving issues proactively, operating under limited supervision to ensure project success and compliance. **Job Responsibilities** + Accountable that the solutions design/ technology meets the functional and non-functional requirements with focus on Releasability, Reliability, Security and performance. + Accountable that solution design meets platform architecture principles & guidelines. Provide feedback on continuous improvement to architecture community + Responsible for Software Quality, Compliance & Regulatory aspects of the solution. + Work closely with Platform Solution Managers, DevSecOps Managers, Tribe leads in supporting Solution/Release planning and other Agile Phases. + Support Product Owner, Solution Architect in Grooming, Solution design including NFRs, Estimation, Validation and help drive feature driven development with scrum teams + Involve in Peer review, demo and other scrum ceremonies + Responsible to validate test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression and test execution. + Raise impediments on time to leads and support resolution + Identify Kaizen opportunities at work and improve process and delivery + Endorses the content of the release (including Non Functional Requirements related to performance, scalability, compliance and security) prior to release and manages interdependency with other programs + Actively work to reduce technical debt + Ensures solution guidelines are up to date in knowledge repository + Builds active networks with key contacts in and outside Philips to keep abreast of new technological developments **Technical Knowledge and Skills required** + 4-5 years of minimum functional experience in **SAP Plant Maintenance/Customer Service, having worked on full life cycle projects** + Experienced with preparing functional designs and validating the output delivered by scrum teams against those designs + Acts independently to determine methods and procedures as per the need + Experience in SAP HANA preferred **Soft Skills Required** + Clarity of thought and vision + Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to work with local and global teams + Clearly articulates problem statements to evolve solutions across domains + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask + Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table + Adherence to timelines, without sacrificing quality of output **Work Experience** + Overall IT experience of 12+ years + At-least three full end to end implementation experience mandatory in a global environment + Experience in requirement gathering, fit gap, translating business requirement into high level solutions and detailed functional design + Experience in Healthcare Industry preferred **Academics** + Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering
