**Position Overview**
The SAP Functional Architect – Supply Chain will act as an internal consultant and design architect for the FUJIFILM Biotechnologies (FLBG) SAP solution within various SAP modules related to supply chain, specifically PP, eWM and QM, partnering with peers in the IT organization and fellow Functional Architects to align business processes with solution design, leveraging the capabilities of the SAP modules.

**Job Description**
You will be responsible for the full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions involving translating overall business process requirements to SAP configuration. You understand non-SAP business systems integrated with SAP in the Supply Chain/Manufacturing, Warehouse and Quality areas and works closely with our businesses and functional groups to properly diagnose and resolve issues within the Supply Chain/Manufacturing, Warehouse and Quality functional areas and connected business processes. You will be interfacing with other CoE Functional Architects, assists business leadership teams in implementing strategic improvements to SAP, supporting the identification and prioritization of enhancement opportunities to standardize/improve processes and system configuration that supports the customer-focused approach but ensures compliance to the business management goals and objectives. You will lead and support project initiatives to expand the usage of the SAP solution to improve and expand processes across the enterprise.
**What you'll do**
+ **Relating to customer:** Manage the expectations of Line of Business, customers and users concerning the use of the IT systems. Ensure that the most appropriate levels of service are supplied to meet future business needs.
+ **Relating to system:** Full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions. Translate overall business process requirements to SAP configuration. Work closely with our businesses and functional groups to properly diagnose and resolve issues within the supply chain functional area.
+ **Relating to process:** Identify & manage implementation of new requirements to existing IT systems and services. Facilitate risk management work in cooperation with stakeholders and department manager
+ **Relating to validation requirements:** Ensure that the systems are in compliance with relevant internal and external requirements (cGMP, GAMP, 21CFR Part 11 and overall instructions). Write system documentation. Test IT requirements for SAP.
+ **Relating to project management:** Lead and support project initiatives to expand the usage of the SAP solution to improve and expand processes across the enterprise. Drive own optimization projects and projects in cooperation with vendor.
**Minimum Education and Experience Required:**
+ B.Sc within Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar. Advanced degree preferred. Degree emphasis in Supply Chain preferred.
+ 5-10 years of operation and maintenance of SAP IT systems, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
+ Experience with supply chain management processes in a manufacturing environment; IT Projects and administration of IT systems
+ Current SAP configuration experience in MM, PP, and QM modules.
+ Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry experience.
+ Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation. Focused on promoting process best practices.
**Preferred** **Qualifications:**
+ MSc. within Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar preferably with background in Supply Chain
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
+ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and drive alignment on the product direction.
+ Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support.
+ Passionate about using technology to improve business outcomes for our customers. Understanding user needs and insights with an ability to translate these system requirements specifically to reduce manual tasks.
+ Personal skills: Quality minded, structured with strong analytical skills, strong networking and interpersonal skills, results oriented with a high sense of responsibility
+ Documented ISO and cGMP understanding and knowledge to GAMP
+ Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently. Proven team leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
+ Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment where priorities change and with a requirement to deliver results.
+ Independent and self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning.
+ Fluency in English is required as we are an international company.

You will be part of the Global SAP COE within the FLB Business Technology & Digital Solutions Department.
