BASIC PURPOSE
The SAP Finance project manager coordinates SAP ERP deployments in SAP ECC 6.0 environment and improvements for the manufacturing sites withing the EMEA region. She/he is responsible to coordinate all the tasks with the plant finance teams in close collaboration with the central ERP teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Build and manage implementation plan on site and coordinate with central project team. Lead SAP Finance projects. Estimates project skill requirements to identify appropriate resources for the project. Review business requirements together with Business Process Team. Provide solution to business requirements. Ability to interact strongly with the business process organization to identify required changes. Manages/Track project budget – forecast & reporting. Partner management, SOWs, Billing, POs, managing attrition rate.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven experience leading SAP Finance projects and ERP implementations (5+ full cycles). Deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO and understanding of integration with key modules (SD, WM, PP, MM). Strong grasp of financial controls, accounting and ERP project methodology. Minimum 5 years of experience managing direct and indirect resources and cross-functional teams. Solid project management skills, including risk assessment and mitigation. Excellent communication and presentation abilities; able to adapt to technical and business audiences. Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Fluent in English.
