Job Description & Summary

We are looking for:SAP Finance Functional Consultant

Your future role:Support global SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployments across PwC territories, focusing on the Finance (FI/CO) module,Ensure that the global SAP finance template is designed, developed and managed in an efficient, standardized and cost‑effective way,Run workshops with internal customers to present SAP finance module capabilities, gather and document requirements and identify gaps driven by local legal and regulatory needs,Provide governance on the solution, driving best practices and standardized global processes in line with PwC’s global SAP template,Closely collaborate with other deployment teams, architecture, SAP technical teams, SAP support teams (Product team and Level 2) and teams responsible for other integrated global applications supporting the Client Engagement Value Cycle (CEVC),Take an end‑to‑end view of application functionality and solution design across the CEVC - from opportunity through delivery to billing and reporting,Provide SME expertise on existing solutions built on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including configuration and rules for CoA master data, organizational hierarchy, posting processes, WIP and revenue recognition, banking connectivity and PwC‑specific applications and processes in FI/CO,Prepare technical documentation and presentations, configure, enhance and upgrade SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud applications in the FI and CO area,Explain all technical and process dependencies within FI/CO and run end‑to‑end demos, including master data dependencies and integrated upstream and downstream systems,Collect business requirements and handle tasks such as issue resolution, configuration changes, production support and implementation activities,Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs on process and functional standardisation as well as on introducing new S/4HANA functionalities,Provide technical insights into business processes, including role concepts, TOM and SoD, and manage system configuration and user access/security in line with corporate guidelines and policies,Create and deliver documentation, training and communication materials related to new features and process changes,Work primarily in a virtual setup, with business travel of up to 20% depending on project needs.

Apply if you have:Proven experience in SAP finance module (FI/CO) deployment and management,Previous experience in complex international SAP implementations; experience with SAP cloud‑based solutions is an asset,Strong communication skills and experience in running client workshops, including explaining complex business and technical topics and documenting requirements,Good understanding of legal and regulatory requirements impacting finance processes and FI/CO configuration,Strong knowledge of cloud integrations and SAP security concepts,High proficiency in information analysis and synthesis focused on solving complex problems,Experience working effectively with cross‑functional teams (business, IT, architecture, security) and collaborating with Product Owners and SMEs,Experience in providing governance and ensuring adherence to best practices and standardized processes,Very good knowledge of PwC EMFI SAP solution and ability to work in a complex application landscape including Salesforce, Replicon and Concur,Knowledge of API management tools and integration patterns,A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field,Very good command of English in an international environment.

Nice to have:SAP Finance certification (e.g. SAP S/4HANA Finance / Management Accounting),Experience working in a global organisation and distributed teams,Experience in designing and optimising end‑to‑end finance processes.
