Recruiting for this role ends on 10/31/25 As an SAP Fieldglass VMS Sr. Consultant role in our Cloud Operate practice, you should expect to be involve din the following: + Lead full-cycle SAP Fieldglass implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support, including ongoing "operate" support on an ongoing basis + Configure SAP Fieldglass modules including Contingent Labor, Statement of Work (SOW) and Services Procurement, and Worker Profile + Design and implement complex workflow configurations, approval processes, and business rules + Lead the integration of SAP Fieldglass with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Workday, payroll systems) to ensure seamless data flow and optimize workforce management processes. + Conduct data migration and validation activities, helping design testing plans and execute testing plans + Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions + Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders + Develop technical specifications, configuration documents, and implementation roadmaps + Present solutions and recommendations to client leadership teams while providing expert guidance on SAP Fieldglass best practices and industry standards + Configure user roles, permissions, and security settings within SAP Fieldglass + Develop and maintain integrations using SAP Fieldglass APIs and web services + Create custom reports and analytics dashboards using SAP Fieldglass reporting tools + Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolution recommendations, performing system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing + Develop and deliver training programs for end users and system administrators + Work collaboratively with other Change Management consultants to define and rollout appropriate change management practices and communications + Create comprehensive documentation including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications + Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the organization Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree + Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration and integration + Minimum of 4 years of experience managing end-to-end SAP Fieldglass design and deployment projects, including VMS functionality + Minimum of 4 years of experience with large-scale, enterprise level software implementations, particularly within contingent workforce or talent management systems + Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass modules, including worker profile management, vendor engagement, time and expense and integrations + Minimum of 4 years of experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) + Minimum of 4 years working with contingent workforce management processes, vendor management, compliance requirements and regulatory considerations + Ability to travel 10% - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred Qualifications: + SAP certifications + Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent + 2+ years demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 2 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 - $198,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
