To support and enhance Financial and Treasury business processes across the SAP S/4HANA platform. The role is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within SAP FICO and Treasury modules to ensure alignment with business requirements. The incumbent will evaluate existing financial models and processes, recommend improvements, and deliver scalable SAP solutions that support operational and strategic financial goals.

Business Process Support
Support the definition, design, and modeling of financial business processes across various SAP S/4HANA modules, including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets Accounting Cost and Profit Center Accounting Product Costing Financial Consolidation Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)SAP Configuration & Delivery Design, configure, test, and implement end-to-end solutions in SAP FICO and Treasury modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
Treasury Operations
Support Provide comprehensive support for Treasury functions, including: Cash Management Multi-Bank Connectivity Trade Finance Loans and Debt Management Foreign Exchange (FX) Transactions Liquidity Planning and Forecasting Bank Reconciliation ProcessesFacility Management
Oversee the financial components related to Facility Management processes and integrations within the SAP landscape. Process Implementation & Training Implement new or revised procedures based on business requirements and deliver training to end users to ensure successful adoption and compliance. Cross-Functional Business Support Provide SAP support to multiple business units including Automotive, Corporate Office, and the Executive Office. Reporting & Analytics Handle reporting needs across departments by developing and supporting standard and custom reports relevant to financial and treasury functions. Documentation & Methodology Compliance Maintain accurate documentation of functional designs, process changes, and configurations in accordance with the IT methodologies. Custom Development & RICEFW Objects Work extensively with technical teams on custom developments, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW) for FICO and TRM modules. Incident Management & SLA Compliance Identify, track, and resolve functional issues in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and OLAs (Operational Level Agreements). Governance & Compliance Adhere to internal policies and procedures (including financial process policies) and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all financial data and transactions.Internal Communication: Employees / Business Users External Communication: IT Vendors
Qualifications:
Graduate preferably in Finance Preferably a Charted Accountant SAP Certified TRM Consultant Graduate in other field with Certification/ Diploma in ITKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good Experience on S/4Hana Finance & TRM Module Five or more years of consulting experience with business analysis and software product implementation. One to two years of additional relevant experience in one or more business or Automotive industry specialty areas. Experience working with one or two product modules and associated business and technical integration issues. Experience working with detailed product functionality and features within specific specialty area(s) and associated best practices.Competencies:
Strong experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting, Fixed Assets, Consolidations, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing, Tax Configuration, Currency and Exchange Rate Management, and Special Purpose Ledger. Hands-on expertise with Cash Desk functionality, Letter of Credit processing, and Multi-Bank Connectivity, particularly within the IS-A DBM module. Advanced knowledge and experience in reporting and process enhancement across SAP FI/CO and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) modules. Proven ability in integrating SAP Finance with other modules (e.g., MM, SD, HR). Solid experience in Treasury operations and Bank Accounting functionalities in SAP. Excellent working knowledge of the ASAP implementation methodology and related documentation practices. Strong oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. High level of customer service orientation and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement. Effective problem analysis and resolution skills under SLA-bound environments. Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and address their strategic requirements. Professional aptitude in handling user inquiries and customer calls with clarity and efficiency.
