You will design applications that run on multiple platforms and are composed of multiple software packages. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design Applications: Design applications that meet performance, availability, and scalability requirements, ensuring seamless functionality across multiple platforms and software packages. • Integrate SAP Modules: Integrate various SAP modules to create cohesive solutions, setting up environments and providing infrastructure support as needed. • Maintain Functional Interface: Maintain the functional interface to the application infrastructure, ensuring smooth interactions between applications and underlying systems. • Ensure Performance and Scalability: Oversee the performance, availability, and scalability of applications, making adjustments and optimizations as necessary. **Required technical and professional expertise** · At least 10 years of hands on experience in application solution architectures, integration patterns and best practices · Minimum 5 years of experience on platforms like SAP and other R2R related platforms. · Strong experience in all FICO modules including Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA, etc. and strong knowledge of integration with Sales Distribution, Production, Materials Mgmt, Project Systems, etc. · Good knowledge and experience with Finance core processes (Accounting, Budget, Close, Indirect and Direct Tax, Treasury and Payments) is required · Non-functional requirements gathering and solutioning experience · Ability to develop successful relationships with external and internal partners · At least 3 S/4 Hana Implementation project experience. · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Demonstrated problem solving, multi-tasking, troubleshooting skills with a high degree of flexibility · Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) / Agile development / DevOps · Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand key business processes and related issues · Strong self-leadership and ability to work independently and manage conflict · Demonstrated competency in accurately identifying the scope of work and preparing thorough, accurate and detailed schedule estimates. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience working in a team lead capacity * Experience designing/building APIs * Experience with OneStream platform * API management configuration and best practices * Hands-on experience or certification in TOGAF a plus Softkills * Builds effective teams * Collaborates * Cultivates innovation * Customer focus * Demonstrates courage * Drives results * Ensures accountability * Instills trust and exemplifies integrity IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
