Position Description:

ACGI is looking for a SAP FICO Consultant to join our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure proper functional analysis and support of different modules of the application (e.g. FICO, AA, PS,) in line with the Source to Pay Core Model;
• Identify and monitor interdependencies between various application implementation activities and performing the necessary planning follow-ups with IT development teams;
• Define Test Scenarios, perform the tests and support UAT with business key users;
• Provide functional support to business lines on the right use of the tool, including the production of the necessary functional documentation and conducting training sessions for key users or for other business analysts of the team;
• Participate to the definition of new accounting processes wihtin SAP.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Technical Skills:
• Degree in Finance, Information Systems and/ or Business Management related
• Knowledge of SAP FI-CO, Asset Accounting (AA) and Project Systems (PS);
• Knowledge on Project management methodologies is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:
• At least 3/4 years of relevant experience with international mindset;
• Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing environment and with international location;
• Team player; Autonomy and commitment;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and with international locations; Strong communication skills (spoken & written);
• Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organisation skills.
