RED Global is actively looking for a RTR functional consultant for a RUN project - Freelance - 3 months initial contract - ASAP

As an RTR Business Expert, you will play a key role in supporting our subsidiaries, in alignment with the Core Model team and the IT department. You will ensure optimal adoption and evolution of the RTR processes under the SAP S/4HANA Core Model framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a Business Analyst (AMOA) for key users and end users post-hypercare phase. Serve as the RTR process expert and point of reference for subsidiaries and future industrial sites. Promote and facilitate adoption of the RTR Core Model within subsidiaries/sites. Assist in drafting change requests, challenge them when necessary, and coordinate their implementation with DDSI in line with Core Model governance. Support the deployment of key internal control measures defined by the Internal Control team. In coordination with the Morphe'Us program (SAP S/4HANA rollout for industrial sites), identify and deploy improvements related to CSR RTR indicators. Participate in change management and user adoption activities. Co-develop performance monitoring and reporting tools with the team (comprising 7 other Business Experts).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience with SAP FI-CO S/4HANA Solid understanding of Business Intelligence tools. Familiarity with SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) and GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) modules is a plus. Prior participation in an SAP S/4HANA implementation project is highly desirable. Team-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset. Fluent in French, English and Spanish (mandatory).
