The SAP FI-CO Architect / Central Key User is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. This role bridges business and IT, ensuring that SAP systems align with financial processes, compliance requirements, and strategic goals. The Central Key User also acts as a liaison between end users and the SAP support team, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Architecture & Design
Design and implement SAP FI/CO architecture for S/4HANA, ECC, and hybrid environmentsDefine and maintain the chart of accounts, financial data models, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systemsLead the implementation of Central Finance (CFin), Group Reporting, and Treasury Management solutionsProcess Optimization
Analyze and improve finance processes including AP, AR, GL, AA, CO, and COPASupport digital transformation initiatives using SAP Fiori, BTP, RPA, and embedded analyticsEnsure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulationsProject Leadership
Lead SAP finance projects (greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid)Manage data migration, master data governance (MDG), and financial consolidationsCoordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendorsCentral Key User Duties
Act as the primary contact for finance-related SAP issues and enhancementsConduct training sessions and workshops for end usersDocument business processes, test cases, and system configurationsProvide first-level support and escalate issues to SAP support when necessaryQualificationsTechnical Skills
Deep knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Internal Orders)Experience with Central Finance, Treasury, and Group ReportingFamiliarity with SAP integration (MM, HR, SD, PP), SAP BTP, Fiori, and GRCProficiency in financial data modeling and reportingSoft Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fieldSAP certifications in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance preferred5+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in an architect or key user roleExperience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projectsAdditional InformationWhat we offer:
