Configure and support compliance with federal regulations including FAR and AGAR clauses specific to financial and procurement transactions.

Ensure robust management of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, maintaining accurate GRIR account reconciliation and inventory accounting entries, including complex month-end and year-end close processes in a US federal environment.

Support and implement 3-way match processes and maintain sales contracts within SAP finance and procurement systems to streamline contract cycles.

Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to maintain vendor master data accuracy and streamline vendor registration processes within SAP and interfacing systems.

Develop, validate, and maintain financial reports and analytics, employing data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning techniques to monitor budget performance, financial transactions, and regulatory compliance for leadership decision-making.

Support S/4HANA finance modules implementation and lead change management efforts related to finance process transformations.

Provide support and oversight in the creation of training documentation to end-users and business partners on SAP Finance processes, regulations, and system functionalities.

Maintain a strong focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including cybersecurity and data-level security controls, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks across financial systems.

Utilize SAP Project Systems (PS) expertise to align US Federal Finance budgeting and integrate with SAP FM/FI/CO where applicable.

Stay updated on federal financial regulations, SAP best practices, and emerging trends in finance system technology to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.

Provide subject matter expertise to support financial requirements related to US Department of Defense (DoD) standards such as Standard Line of Accounting (SLOA) and Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS).
