You’ll break new ground by:

Be the bridge between the Factory and SAP team to Configure, maintain, and support SAP modules including Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM), Costing Module , Warehouse Management Module.                                                         Collaborate with production, supply chain, and maintenance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.          Coordinate with right team to Monitor and troubleshoot SAP system performance and resolve issues promptly.                                                                 Coordinate with SAP team for implementation and upgrade projects within the factory.                                                                  Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes, configurations, and user guides.                                                                                                                Train end-users and provide ongoing support for SAP-related activities.                                                                                                                                                Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external standards.                                                                                               Work with IT and external vendors to integrate SAP with other factory systems (e.g., MES, IoT platforms, Snowflakes).                                                       Custom report generation to analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making.                                                                            Support and Collaborate with product engineering, sales, and production teams to define and manage product characteristics, classes, dependencies, and ruleTroubleshoot and resolve SAP configuration issues related to product variants and manufacturing processes.                                                                      Coordinate with relevant IT team to resolve SAP related errors during Order Booking, Manufacturing.                                                                                      Provide training and support to end-users on configuration logic and SAP usage.                                                                                                                           Support costing and budgeting processes through SAP integration.                                                                                                                                                     Ensure data security and access control within SAP systems.                                                                                                                                                 Support new product introductions (NPIs) and engineering changes in SAP.                                                                                                                         Support other project teams that have SAP interfaces like MDP, machine connectivity etc.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment.                                                                                                                      Strong expertise in SAP modules such as PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), Routing Module.  Experience with SAP Fiori and custom report development.                                                                                                                                                     Knowledge of integration with MES or other shop-floor systems.Strong knowledge of SAP PP, MM, QM, and PM modules.                                                                                                                                                                         Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.                                                                                                                                                                                                       Knowledge of quality systems, compliance standards, Information Security management standards.
