**Skill: SAP EWM Platinum Consultant** **Experience: 7-15 Years** **Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi** **Job Description:** • 7 years plus of relevant experience in SAP, with a strong background in warehouse domain across industries such as FMCG, Retail, Trading, Automobile, Pharma, Cement, or Textiles. • Must have completed a minimum of 2- 4 full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and at least 2 roll-out projects, along with experience in support projects. **Key Responsibilities** : • Understand client business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and propose effective SAP EWM solutions. • Configure and customize SAP EWM modules to meet specific client needs. • Have integration experience between SAP EWM and other core modules such as SD, MM, PP, QM, and PM. • Added advantage if experienced in EWM integration with TM, GTS, HCM, EHS, and eSOA enablement. • Perform custom developments to meet unique business process requirements. • Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Decentralized Warehouse Management processes and SAP EWM Best Practices. • Possess strong experience in key EWM functionalities including: o Master Data Management o Warehouse Process Types (POSC and LOSC) o Inbound Processes (with Quality Management) o Outbound and Internal Processes o Replenishment, Kitting, Physical Inventory o Picking, Putaway, Outbound Planning, and Shipping Cockpit etc • Working knowledge of Yard Management, Hazardous Material Handling, Cross-Docking, HU Management, and Value-Added Services. • Strong experience in handling Post Change Notice, Inbound/Outbound, and Physical Inventory processes. • Knowledge of integration with RF devices, RFID, warehouse automation equipment, Warehouse Monitor, Storage Units, Barcode integration, and Label Printing. • Experience in configuring and setting up PPF-based action definitions. • Familiarity with Automatic, Semi-System Guided Workflows, and Fiori Apps for EWM. • Knowledge of BRF+ framework-based output determination. • Exposure to migration tools, Pick-by-Voice systems, and Labor Demand Planning (added advantage). • Collaborate with other functional SAP consultants to understand business requirements, design solutions, and execute testing and implementation activities. • Experience in the different type of industries like automotive, pharma and food especially with Shelf-Life managed articles (both batch-managed and non-batch-managed materials). • Strong solution design and design thinking capabilities. • Strong client-facing and communication skills for requirement gathering and solution design. • Ability to work independently and support team members effectively. • Travel for project-specific assignments is mandatory as per project needs. **General** : • Strong executive presence and ability to interact at various levels • Leadership through communication, coaching, and mentoring to achieve collective success • Excellent facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely • Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements • Need to be a team player • You understand that an employer brand is more than a logo, and know how to communicate the value prop of working at our company both authentically and transparently **Get empowered by NTT DATA Business Solutions!** **We transform.
