SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Package Consultant
**Introduction** As a key consultant at IBM Consulting, you will deliver innovative business solutions through design, build and test, including systems integration. As the ESM delivery consultant in our SAP functional team, you will get the chance to participate in new and existing projects, developed with the latest technology and tools. This role will require far more than just functional experience with SAP Enterprise Service Management; candidates will also need to demonstrate deep consulting skills backed up by practical experience, preferably in a professional consulting organisation with experience in managing people and delivery teams. The successful candidate will have a solid SAP background with extensive experience of the ESM capability, across at least 2 full implementations in various roles to deliver successful customer outcomes. The candidate will demonstrate end-to-end project experience that encompasses process design, planning, and management; execution of the build through to go-live is a must and will be highly valued. **Your role and responsibilities** * Extensive demonstrable SAP implementation experience, including at least 2 full end-to end project lifecycles, including instances where the candidate has directly delivered the Enterprise Service Management solution. * Strong knowledge in the SAP ESM domain and general knowledge of other SAP modules. To design and deployment of SAP ESM solutions * Previous history performing FITGAP analysis and leading workshops with client business representatives and Process Architects. * Drive the integration of ESM processes and a strong understanding of the core data structures and data flows. * Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery, governance, and reporting. * Develop and maintain process documentation, configuration guides, and functional specifications. * Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills * Proven ability to deliver key project deliverables on time and cost. * Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. * Strong stakeholder management skills * Strong presentation skills **Required technical and professional expertise** * Previous experience delivering SAP solutions while working for a professional services consulting organisation will be highly valued. * Ambition and a talent for building successful client relationships will be highly valued. * Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP ESM, or SAP Service Management modules. * Experience integrating SAP ESM with S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ALM, or SAP BTP. * SAP Certification in Service Management or Cloud ALM is highly desirable. **Preferred technical and professional experience** '--- IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
