What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP Emarsys iXp Intern - Product Management for Communication Channels
Location: Indianapolis, IN, USA
Conduct market research: Analyze trends and customer needs for product innovation. Support product strategy: Join brainstorming and help develop roadmaps. Analyze user feedback: Collect and assess user feedback for product decisions.Assist product launches: Help with marketing materials and sales resources.
Collaborate across teams: Work with engineering, marketing, and sales for product success.
Learn Agile: Gain experience in Agile and participate in team meetings.
Present findings: Communicate research through presentations and reports. Work closely with the Product Manager, Engineering Leader, and Architects as part of the Inbound Email, SMS and Conversational Product Engineering teams
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
You’re pursuing or have recently graduated with a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing or related field (Undergraduate or Graduate Degree) Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week Passion for technology and a desire to learn about product management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is a must Good communication skills, experience in engaging with various stakeholders is a plus Open, friendly, creative personality with a willingness to learn Familiarity with SaaS products and the marketing technology landscape is a plus. Project management experience is a plus Great MS Office Skills, familiarity with Jira, Confluence and/ or Slack are a plus.

We are a fun, easy going and caring team, that is very passionate about solving hard problems and building great software that is being used by our customers. Across all three teams, we have a great work environment and collaborate closely with each other not only in the office (x2/ week), but also when we work from home.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 0 - 0(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
