Main responsibilities: 

Support the management of review and support tickets using Jira and ServiceNow, with guidance from the team Assist in developing and maintaining simple Python scripts and tools to help with daily tasks Help write and improve SQL queries, with mentoring to build your technical skills  Collaborate with experienced developers and team members to contribute to ongoing projects  Learn the basics of SAP programming (ABAP) and support development activities as you grow your knowledge  Help update technical documentation to ensure project information is clear and organized  Assist with testing new SAP features by creating test scripts, running tests, and reviewing outcomes with support from the team 

 

 About you  

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field Strong interest in technology and a desire to grow your technical skills Confident working with SQL and able to write and optimize queries Some experience with programming and a willingness to learn new languages Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Fluency in Spanish and good communication skills in English, both written and spoken Open to feedback, willing to learn, and able to work well in a collaborative, international team environment Willingness to participate in an official training program during the Graduate Program year.
