Ensure custom developments are carried out based on established standards and best practices. + Collaborate with functional support team to analyze and transform high level business requirements into technical design documents, perform high-level system design, analysis, and programming tasks, and review and approve design and programming deliverables. + Provide product support to end users, assist with problem determination and resolution, and offer training. + Maintain and improve SAP development tools, including applying technical updates in SAP, managing development processes, documenting and testing new processes, and troubleshooting problems. + Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for improvement. + Perform other duties as assigned. + Perform other dutires as assigned Required Skills & Experience + English language proficiency (written and verbal) + Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field. + Proven analysis and troubleshooting skills. + Proven organizational skills to prioritize projects and support requests. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in a multi-cultural, international and virtual team environment. + Ability to provide positive contributions to a team environment. + 5+ years of SAP development experience. + ABAP development with emphasis on SAP ERP Logistics (IM/WM/PM/QM/PP). + Experience with Web Service development (provider and consumer roles) + REST Programming experience and knowledge of OData and CDS technology.
