SAP Data Management Specialist

The role will be responsible for Data and Documentation input into Operating System SAP, and adjacent SAP systems of record. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, adjacent business functions, and process experts to ensure technology driven master data quality.  SAP technology Master Data includes materials, components, documents, product structuring, technology communication tools and, processing/storge of Confidential Documents. 

Master Data Systems may include, but are not limited to, SAP P31- EHSM- GTS- PLM  

Essential Functions:

Create, edit, and maintain Materials & Datasheets in SAP SAP technology master data quality input and processingCollaborate well in a team setting across functionsProcess engineering changes for data accuracy and completenessInput and communication tools use for processing SAP master data changes SAP part structuring.Operating System Master and Change data inputsConfidential document, forms and workflow processingMaterial creation and substance compliance processing

To be successful in this role you will:Have a minimum of 3 years of professional SAP experience with this as your primary responsibility. (Exp includes: planning, buying, CCR, repairing, daily logistics (Navigation of SAP Operating System)Demonstrated strong Computer skills (Microsoft Office) with emphasis on Teams, Excel, and Word.Strong interpersonal and communication skills  Demonstrated ability in process improvements including working with cross functional teams.  Demonstrate good communication skillsGood analytical capabilitiesDemonstrated problem solving skillsTeams, Excel, Power Automate skills

Desired Characteristics

2 years or more higher educationGeneral knowledge of bill of material structure, engineering principles, concepts, theories and practicesMicrosoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI certification or Citizens DeveloperKnowledge of material creation process, engineering change process  SAP CertificationCertified AuditorSix Sigma Certified, Problem Solving Efficiency, or equivalent
