On behalf of our global end client, here at RED, we are looking for SAP Data Lead for our Pharma client.

Details are below:

Start Date: 15th September 2025

Duration: 6 months (with potential long-term extension)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Work Setup:

Onsite: 2 days/week (Kuala Lumpur office) Remote: 3 days/week Full-time: 5 days/week

Project Type: SAP S/4HANA Implementation

Key Requirements

7+ years of experience in SAP Data Management Proven expertise in SAP/ERP functional processes, data migration, and full implementation lifecycle Familiarity with Agile methodologies; prior experience in Agile projects is a plus Strong stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels

Responsibilities

Lead planning, risk management, issue resolution, and communication for business data activities Oversee and ensure timely execution of regional data cleansing initiatives Track and report progress of data cleansing to ensure alignment with business teams Own all business-related Data Migration activities and deliverables Lead adherence to the defined Data Migration Strategy & Methodology Collaborate closely with the Migration Partner to ensure compliance with data migration standards.
