Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** Key Responsibilities: • Work on SAP CRM projects and provide production support. • Design, develop, and support applications and solutions in SAP CRM. • Develop Web Dynpro and CRM Web UI components. • Implement and maintain interfaces using BAPIs, SAP OData, SOAP services, and ABAP proxy. • Perform debugging and provide analytical solutions for system issues. • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Skills: • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP CRM ABAP in both projects and production support environments. • Hands-on experience in Web Dynpro & CRM Web UI development. • Expertise in BAPIs, SAP OData, SOAP services, and ABAP proxy. • Strong debugging and analytical skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Good to Have: • Exposure to the North American banking domain, account origination and other related processes. • Experience in SAP Fiori development. • Knowledge of SAP HANA development. • Experience with HANA Cloud & SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
