Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

Playing a pivotal role in digital transformation initiatives, focusing on the Quality to Excellence (Q2E) domain.Being responsible for delivering end-to-end S/4HANA implementation and optimization projects, from business process analysis and fit-gap assessments to design workshops, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-deployment support.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into efficient, scalable SAP solutions.Introducing enhancements and best practices, training users, and supporting ongoing system improvements to meet evolving business needs.

QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of SAP consulting experience, with focus on SAP S/4HANA and Quality Management (QM) modulesProven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects, including project phases such as realization, UAT, go-live, and stabilizationStrong understanding of SAP QM configuration, integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, PM), and interface troubleshootingExperience in international project environments, with exposure to global standards and cross-cultural collaborationDemonstrated ability in customer facing roles, training delivery, and support of SAP QM solutions in manufacturing or automotive environmentsFluent EnglishGerman speaking is welcome
