Your contribution

Develop, implement, and provide support for interdepartmental IT solutionsParticipate actively in the digital evolution of Bosch Mobility, including the migration to SAP S/4Be part of digital transformation projects within your area of expertise, working in international project and program assignmentsCollaborate to facilitate the standardization of processes alongside other Process Experts, Process Managers and IT departmentsEngage in productive cooperation with a global network of Process and IT ExpertsTake the lead for Process Improvement Action activities

Work as PST (Process Solution team) member in international project and program assignmentsSupport our internal customers worldwide in case of business process issues and questionsHigh motivation to improve business processes in implementing standard BBM solutionsIdentification of local training needs and provide expertise for training measuresRegular coordination and information sharing within our global Expert Network and with local key user groups

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

Bachelor degree in IT, Business Administration or EconomicsAt least 3 years of experience with Plant Maintenance processConsulting and rollout process knowledgeExcellent English skillsGood communication and presentation skillsAnalytical skills and passion to harmonize and standardize processesSelf-organized, structured and customer support oriented

To work as a Process Expert for Plant Maintenance Management you should have

Very good knowledge and expertise in BBM maintenance management processes and interfaces to shop floor areasSolid experience with working in IT related projects (e.g. Rollout, Migration, Training, Test management/Testing, Track&Release)
