As a Technical Consultant, you’ll join our SAP Concur implementation team and support customers and partners in making their travel and expense processes smarter. You’ll guide them through the integration of SAP Concur with other systems during implementation projects that typically span 3 to 5 months. **What you'll do:** + Learn SAP Concur inside out and become a trusted advisor for our customers. + Present and explain technical aspects of SAP Concur in a clear and engaging way. + Support customers in setting up and configuring their systems. + Share best practices for integrating SAP Concur with other business solutions. + Help resolve questions and technical issues during implementation. + Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams—remotely and sometimes in person. + Provide guidance to our partners through the Partner Services Desk (PSD). + Work in a cross-functional environment to ensure a smooth customer experience. **What you bring?** + Some experience in IT, consulting, customer service, or any client-facing environment. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Comfortable speaking about technical concepts—even if you're not a developer. + Able to manage your time and priorities effectively. + Curious, proactive, and willing to learn quickly. + Any experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus—but not required. + Fluency in English and German is essential. + Familiarity with concepts like file transfers (FTP), web services, or system integrations is helpful—but we’ll train you. ** ** **Sounds like a lot?
