The Opportunity:

We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our SAP Concur Expertise & Care team, supporting our valued clients in EMEA North — with a focus on French-speaking customers.

As a Customer Support Consultant, you’ll become the go-to expert for a portfolio of more than 200 international clients, guiding them through technical and functional topics, handling escalations, and delivering best-practice advice. No day is ever the same — and that’s exactly what makes it exciting!

 

 

What You’ll Do:

Maintain, configure, and help administer clients’ SAP Concur environments Deliver expert advice, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction Participate in client calls, share new feature updates, and provide ongoing support Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve complex service requests Take part in continuous improvement initiatives and internal project This role is a hybrid one, where you’ll either be the Implementation Project Manager for our key engagements in the region or a trusted advisor and consultant to our Advanced and Select Care customers.

What You Bring:

Fluency in English, Italian and Spanish (both written and spoken in all three) 4+ experience in client-facing or service-oriented roles  Clear, confident, and professional communication skills A proactive mindset with strong analytical and logical thinking Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines
