Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** * Lead and manage SAP Change Management activities throughout the SAP implementation lifecycle to ensure successful user adoption. * Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and develop change, communication, and training plans. * Act as a bridge between business users and the project team, delivering clear and effective change messages. * Support organizational readiness by engaging users on the ground and addressing resistance to change proactively. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Minimum 6 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, including at least 3 years in SAP implementation as a Change Management Consultant. * Strong experience in Organizational Change Management within SAP or large-scale enterprise projects. * Excellent communication skills; proactive, hands-on, not desk-bound, able to clearly convey messages and engage effectively with business users at all levels.
