SAP Business One Support Engineer

+ Provide day-to-day support for SAP Business One users, ensuring smooth system operation.
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to SAP Business One applications, including errors, system failures, and performance issues.
+ Monitor system performance and perform regular health checks to ensure optimal functionality.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify system improvements and enhancements.
+ Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with internal teams for long-term solutions.
+ Proven experience supporting and managing SAP Business One, including understanding key modules like Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, etc.
+ Experience with SQL and database management related to SAP Business One.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
