Work You'll Do + Responsible for the design, development, and deployment of data integration, ETL, and migration solutions using SAP BOD. + Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data architectures and workflows. + Develop, test, and optimize BODS jobs for data extraction, transformation, and loading from SAP and non-SAP sources. + Implement data quality and cleansing processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data. + Support data profiling, validation, and reconciliation activities as part of migration and integration projects. + Stay current with SAP BODS features, best practices, and industry trends. + Recommend enhancements and automation opportunities to improve data integration processes. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. + Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role + Ability to travel 0-80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve + 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) in data integration, ETL, or migration projects. + 2+ years of experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and database concepts. + 2+ years of experience in developing, testing, and optimizing BODS jobs and workflows Preferred: + SAP certification in BODS or related modules. + Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW, or other SAP analytics platforms. + Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and master data management + Secret or Above Clearance The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,200 to $155,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
