The tasks above are to be carried out within the framework of the yearly IS budget, TEMUK Business activities and strategy as well as alignment on TotalEnergies Group and MS Branch IS & IT standards, policies and recommendations.

Activities

The job holder is responsible for 

The administration of SAP Users– creation, maintenance, and archiving using GRC10 systemGrant access for new starters – correct roles and environments, minimizing audit conflictsProvision of information re conflicts to IT& Systems Manager& SOD Manager, and proposals for alternative roles to minimize conflictsArranging temporary access for short term coverArchiving leavers to prevent charges for unnecessary licenses.Animation and support of the TEMUK Key User NetworkSupporting/training Ku's to fulfill their role of supporting local colleaguesEnsuring KU’s raise support tickets for minor evolutions, corrections, and advicePromoting best practice between Key Users and Business unitsSupport the integrity of master data Customers, Vendors, MaterialsPlants ,depots and shipping pointsArea Business Manager & Lubes Customer Service (Rep number) creation/amendmentMWST (VAT) entries – in conjunction with Finance department Doc online – dematerialized invoicesFirst contact for SAP KU queriesSupport/guide the business with SAP general issuesCreation of SAP tickets for unknown issuesMonitoring progress and solutions, liaising with the SAP Support Team in Paris & IndiaSupport tot he SAP KU with testingClosing tickets when solution accepted by the businessCreation of SAP evolution tickets (chargeable work)– including changes required by the parent company, or local businessesLiaison with the business to understand – and agree – the need for evolutionsWorking with the business to plan for necessary SAP changesTestingReporting on progressReview of costs of tickets – cost vs benefit, applicability to other parts of the businessReview costs against annual budget – reports issued monthly to IT & System ManagerMonthly housekeeping reports, safety netsRun monthly reports to ensure all sales are invoiced, unnecessary orders are closed Ensure non-standard& new flows (imports, exports etc) are correctly modelled and set up in SAPEnsure all invoices are sent electronically, not as paper documents (which incur a cost)Maintain a document repository for all SAP activities and tasksSource, review, store and make available all existing documentsCreate new documents for areas not covered, or missing Candidate Profile The ability to understand both business and technical issues is essential A ‘service orientated’ approach is essential to ensure the appropriate delivery of support to the businessProject management (particularly implementation)within the existing SAP structure is desirableGood understanding of the MS business/industry practice Excellent training/coaching skillsFluent English language, French language would be beneficial Additional Information TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers.
